About the Role As the Director of Broker Channel Sales, you will lead a team of sales managers and account executives to accelerate growth across high‑velocity markets. You will report directly to the VP of Broker Channel Sales and be integral to Rippling’s expansion.
What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and scale a team of sales managers and their account executive teams.
Own hiring, training, and ramp‑up for new team members.
Drive performance through activity, pipelines, forecasts, and closed‑deals to meet quota.
Regularly report on team and individual results with pipeline management and forecasting.
Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Assist team members in strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customer needs and mapping Rippling’s value.
Collaborate with partner leaders to sell through partners and secure high‑value deals.
Qualifications
High energy and ownership mindset; we move fast at Rippling.
Decisive and quick to act; execute fast with input from others.
Experience selling into high‑velocity orgs with deal cycles less than 6 months.
Experience selling strategic deals with ACV between $25k and $250k.
Second‑line leadership experience.
Track record of success at SaaS companies in high‑growth, fast‑moving environments.
Preferred experience selling through partners, especially in insurance.
Open mind and collaborative culture; no egos.
Compensation The role offers an On‑Target Earnings of $350,000‑$370,000 USD per year (base + commission + equity). The commission split is 60/40 between base and variable pay.
