Responsibilities
Become a go-to expert on all administrative tasks related to your assigned accounts.
Document and manage tasks in our internal systems to ensure everything stays on track.
Schedule and coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
Help resolve any shipping issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.
Qualifications
Customer service experience
Be punctual (work starts at 7:00 A.M. on-site)
A strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance.
Outstanding verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
