Position Overview The Senior Vice President, Product Management will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of integrated technology and data capabilities that enhance client experience across markets. Working closely with business development, investor relations, investment and technology leaders, the SVP will ensure the firm’s investment and client platforms are differentiated, scalable, and aligned with growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop a product vision for assigned business problems, heavily leveraging Salesforce.

Conduct market research, user interviews, competitive analysis, and data analysis to inform product decisions.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality product experiences.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and iterate quickly.

Align business problems to solutions that drive clear outcomes.

Lead cross‑functional teams through requirements gathering, prioritization, planning, and delivery.

Optimize end‑to‑end business processes and technology platforms.

Build a super‑user community and center of excellence to standardize usage and reduce key‑person risk.

Act as a high‑level subject‑matter expert to improve time‑to‑market on technology solutions.

Drive user training and ensure maximized platform capabilities.

Facilitate QA and UAT, defining test cases to reduce production bugs.

Partner with the Enterprise Data team to maintain governance and data quality standards.

Engage with peer firms and providers to keep pace with leading practice.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance technology implementation platforms.

Strong experience leveraging Salesforce for strategic solutions.

Knowledge of business development and client relations workflows in asset management.

Ability to manage competing priorities and independently drive value‑added tasks.

Background in data, operations, finance, and analytics with synthesis across domains.

Expertise in agile product development, OKR frameworks, and platform‑centric architecture.

Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to influence across all levels and coordinate large teams.

Experience with workflow tools, project management, financial management, and change management.

Experience in developing vision or strategy; innovation experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving digital transformations or platform‑based product strategies.

Familiarity with AI/ML and cloud‑native technologies.

Experience building scalable, real‑time platforms in data‑rich environments.

Exposure to alternative asset management in high‑growth enterprise environments.

Experience in regulated financial services or alternative investments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.

Master’s degree in business or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation Base salary range: $200,000 – $225,000. In addition, discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a flexible work arrangement are offered.
