OB/GYN Clinic Located in the heart of Oregon’s capital city, our OB/GYN clinic is part of Salem Health’s award‑winning Women & Children’s Health Division. Our clinic is supported by on‑campus services including GYN Oncology, Midwifery, and Maternal‑Fetal Medicine, creating a collaborative and comprehensive care environment. Providers work closely with our state‑of‑the‑art Family Birth Center, featuring a 19‑bed Labor & Delivery Unit, two dedicated operating rooms, and a 27‑bed Level IIIA NICU. This is a setting where teamwork, innovation, and patient‑centered care come together to serve a growing and diverse patient population.

What you’ll do

Serve as a visible leader, resource, and advocate for quality, safety, and patient‑centered care.

Provide full‑scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal visits, deliveries, gynecologic surgeries, and reproductive health services.

Split your time 80% clinical care and 20% administrative leadership.

Lead and mentor the OB/GYN service line team, fostering collaboration with OB Hospitalists, Midwives, Maternal‑Fetal Medicine specialists, and GYN Oncology.

Oversee daily clinical operations, manage provider schedules, and address patient safety concerns.

Drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and business planning for Women & Children’s Health services.

Maintain a four‑day workweek, typically including three clinic days and one operating room (OR) day.

Participate in a 1:5 call rotation, including weekend and Friday coverage (subject to change).

Manage an average monthly volume of 185 patient appointments, 12 deliveries, and 10 surgeries per provider.

Required qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program.

Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon (or ability to obtain).

Current, unrestricted DEA registration.

Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology or the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.

Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a board‑certified OB/GYN physician.

Documented performance of at least 50 deliveries and 30 gynecologic inpatient/outpatient hospital procedures in the past 24 months.

Additional Information

Three (3) years of leadership experience highly preferred.

Robotics training preferred.
