How You Will Create an Impact

Develop and Implement Commercial Growth Strategies – support go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and sales effectiveness initiatives.

Use data‑driven insights to help clients identify new revenue opportunities and competitive advantages.

Assist in designing and implementing commercial models that align with business objectives.

Master the Art & Science of Pricing – analyze pricing data, customer needs and behaviors, and market trends to develop strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Optimize pricing structures, discounting models, and value‑based pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

Turn analysis into actionable recommendations – conduct quantitative and qualitative research to guide business decisions.

Develop financial models, customer segmentation analyses, and pricing simulations.

Work closely with clients to ensure recommendations are practical, actionable, and implemented successfully.

Communicate insights and drive change – craft compelling presentations and reports that simplify complex data into clear, impactful recommendations.

Participate in client workshops, discussions, and presentations, helping turn insights into execution.

Engage directly with client teams to drive buy‑in and real‑world adoption of strategic recommendations.

Your Profile

Undergraduate and/or graduate degree from an accredited university/college in business, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, math, or related business field.

2+ years of work experience (consulting, pricing, revenue management, finance, marketing analytics, or related fields preferred). Consulting club or industry group experience is highly valued.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills – comfortable working with pricing models, sales data, and financial metrics.

Strategic thinker with a passion for business growth, pricing optimization, and revenue strategy.

Excellent problem‑solving skills – able to structure complex challenges and develop actionable solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills – able to distill insights and make compelling recommendations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus.

Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $125,000–$155,000/yr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, 13 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
