Urgent Care Physician, MGB - Pembroke & S. Weymouth, MA

Urgent Care Physician position covering both Urgent Care Centers in South Weymouth & Pembroke, MA. Full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling in a collaborative, team-based care environment. Overview

Mass General Brigham seeks Board Certified / Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds physicians for a full-time Urgent Care role south of Boston. Primary duties involve providing urgent care services in a fast-paced setting and collaborating with a team of MDs, NPs, and PAs. What You’ll Do

Team is comprised of MDs, NPs, and PAs. Average of 2/3 patients per provider per hour. -work alongside experienced support staff, including 1 registered nurse (RN) and 2 medical assistants (MAs) at each location per shift. Access to advanced imaging (X-ray, Ultrasound, CT) and ED-equivalent laboratory services (location-dependent). Network of exceptional specialty physicians affiliated with HMA, South Shore Hospital, and Mass General Brigham. Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Qualifications

Join our community: Full-time Urgent Care Physician opportunity. Must be Board Certified / Board-Eligible (BC/BE) in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Peds. Prior emergency department experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $240,000 to $250,000 annually. Actual compensation determined during the selection process based on relevant experience, education, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, comprehensive benefits, career advancement opportunities, and bonuses as applicable are offered. About Us
