Certifications Required:Registered Nurse (Compact State License)Basic Life Support (BLS) CertificationAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) CertificationWork Schedule:Full-time, 4x 12-hour shifts per week.Weekend Requirement: No more often than every other weekend, possibly every 3rd weekend based on staffing needs.Rotating holidays.Nurse-Patient Ratios:Typical Ratio: 1:2 Nurse to PatientOccasional 1:1 ratio based on patient acuity.Rare 1:3 ratio based on staffing/acuity (3x downgrade), on a rotating basis.Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in a compact state.Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.Team-oriented, with a commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
