Full Stack Sr Developer . Position type: Permanent Duration: Fulltime Location: Texas, US
As a Full Stack Sr Developer, you will:
Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using TypeScript and React
Collaborate with our talented software engineers to architect and implement scalable, sustainable, and interoperable Azure cloud solutions
Help build and maintain our event‑driven architecture leveraging Kafka
Turn complex business requirements into elegant, simple technical solutions
Contribute to our team's reputation for consistently burning down the backlog with high‑quality deliverables by delivering on time and on budget
Participate in our agile ceremonies and technical planning sessions
Ensure that our solutions meet all security and risk policies
Candidate must have skills:
Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React development
Experience working with Azure cloud services and infrastructure
Knowledge of event‑driven architectures and experience with Kafka
Track record of successfully contributing to greenfield application development
Demonstrated ability to efficiently tackle and complete backlog items
Collaborative approach to software development and problem‑solving
Comfort working in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve as we innovate
Around 7+ years of relevant working experience building software applications
Good to have skills:
Healthcare applications, particularly EHR integrations
FHIR standard, Smart on FHIR integrations, and healthcare data exchange
Previous experience in contractor roles with high delivery expectations
Contributions to open‑source projects or developer communities

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS Pay Range: $106,000 – $124,500 per year Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
