Compunnel, Inc.
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for designing and executing communication plans for various projects, ensuring timely updates, stakeholder interactions, milestone announcements, and adherence to governance requirements. This role will also oversee the alignment of project deliverables with Client's Global Sourcing Partner (Vendor), in collaboration with Client's Vendor Management office.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
Oversee all aspects of projects involving specific products or domains, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Employ Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle to ensure continuous improvement and process optimization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration, developing project plans, schedules, financial tracking, risk management plans, and project documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement
Frequently engage with customers, sponsors, key stakeholders, and end users to understand their needs and the value of the solutions provided to their business.
Act as a servant leader to team members, ensuring milestones are met and resolving any technical or operational issues that arise.
Quality and Process Adherence
Ensure Client's quality processes are followed and required artifacts are maintained in the project repository.
Maintain all project documents throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Client's standards.
Ensure that project deliverables align with the established objectives and timelines, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
Required Education and Experience Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience
Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience with a focus on IT and software development projects.
Strong understanding of business and operational processes, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.

Experience with Agile Tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Kanban Boards, Planview).
Expertise in Digital Transformation and automating manual project management processes.
