10919: Software Analyst

Meritore Technologies LLC, an Ashburn, VA based IT Consulting and Software Development Firm has multiple openings for 10919: Software Analyst. Job duties include: Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects. Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions. Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects. Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the improvements within the area of responsibility. Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements. Work closely with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project. Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications. Requirements: Master’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Mgmt or related with at least 6 months of experience. Salary ranges between $92997.00 to $94000.00/year.
