**About this role:** iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Director, Clinical Operationsin our Deerfield, IL or San Francisco, CA or Houston, TX office. We are looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today!Specific job responsibilities include: Oversee management of high patient volumes, streamlining throughput to enhance efficiency, patient experience, and quality of care. Drive strict adherence to regulatory standards and compliance requirements, ensuring operational excellence and minimizing organizational risk. Ability to effectively communicate and engage with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum 7 years management experience in the medical device, health care services, or other related industry experience requiredRegistered Nurse or equivalent role preferred
5 years of experience in cardiac monitoring company or acute care setting such as Telemetry Unit, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab or similar health care experience preferred
Recent cardiac experience with strong skills in cardiac rhythm detection preferredProven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum productivity and quality Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a large group of hourly employees, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and belonging Strong business acumen with the ability to gain a deep understanding of the industry, market, and financials to effectively run daily operations
Ability to identify opportunities for creative problem solving while staying within the parameters of good practice. Demonstrated ability to make timely, informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, constraints, and risks.
