Staff Development Coordinator – Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center
We are seeking a full‑time Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) to support quality nursing care and staff growth. This role is supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.
Responsibilities
Ensure the center has appropriate levels of staffing and nursing care at all times.
Provide education to existing staff and ensure medical documentation and education documents are orderly filed.
Run and assist with employee training and orientation.
Assist with admissions when needed, and with the overall flow of the nursing department and units.
Qualifications
Primary series of the COVID‑19 vaccine required.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts.
Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
