Job Summary
The Quality Inspector serves as an impartial representative between the production source and the customer facility to ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves inspecting manufactured parts, recording data accurately, and supporting continuous improvement efforts while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards. Responsibilities
Act as a neutral liaison between the production source and customer to verify product compliance with criteria. Inspect parts or products for defects using appropriate measuring or testing equipment. Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and quality procedures. Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards. Accurately collect, record, and report inspection data. Maintain compliance with all company and local Health & Safety policies. Display professionalism and excellent customer service in all interactions. Utilize company systems and portals for time recording, documentation, and policy acknowledgments. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and trustworthy with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Physically able to walk, stand, bend, lift, and twist for extended periods. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs periodically. Must have reliable transportation. Values & Attributes
