Schedule:
40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional evenings & weekends for events).
About The Role We’re a mission-driven team at Benevilla. The Donor Relations Coordinator provides key administrative support to our fundraising and development efforts. Working closely with the Vice President of Donor Relations, this role coordinates donor communications, fundraising activities, and event logistics. It plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and donor engagement while contributing to the nonprofit mission. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about relationship building, keen attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
1–2 years of experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Willingness to work as part of a collaborative team and interest in learning donor relations.
Proficient typing speed (55–70 wpm).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
