Survey Crew Member - Oklahoma City, OK
About the Role Halff has a current opening for a Survey Crew Member in our Oklahoma City location. This position requires working outdoors assisting a Land Survey crew. The typical work week is Monday through Friday, starting at 6:30am. What You Will Do
Operate Robotic, conventional, and GPS survey equipment to measure topographic features and boundary evidence accurately and efficiently in support of land development, route, utility, and other land surveying projects.
Assist the Party Chief in conducting land development, boundary, design, topographic, and ALTA surveys.
Ensure accuracy and precision in all surveying activities.
What You Will Need
Prefer 1 year of experience as a surveyor working on topographic surveys, ALTA and boundary surveys, or construction staking.
Prefer experience with Trimble GPS and Conventional equipment.
Understanding of Computer Technology required.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Must have excellent attention to detail and strong ability to ensure accuracy. There is very little room for error in this position.
Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written or delivered verbally.
Must be dependable and responsible regarding punctuality and attendance.
Must be able to work starting 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
Overtime and weekend work may be needed to meet project deadlines.
Must be willing to travel 75‑90% of the time.
