Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI) & Manufacturing Transfers
Join our Project Management team and drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations. The position is based on our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation; we recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
As a Project Manager, you will lead software implementations across the United States (and abroad if desired) to ensure the success of newcomers to the Epic community. Your responsibilities include presenting to hospital leadership, coordinating end‑user training, and providing comprehensive support as healthcare providers go live with our software. No software experience required – you can learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities
Travel across the US (and abroad) as part of a team that leads software installations.
Present project status and outcomes to hospital leadership.
Coordinate end‑user training and provide ongoing support during and after go‑live.
Ensure successful adoption and use of Epic software in client organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days, with typical month including 1–2 trips lasting 2‑4 days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
COVID‑19 vaccination required.
A history of academic and professional success.
