What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist in the transition of projects from sale to mobilization, ensuring continuity and proper handoff of project details
Support coordination with Field Operations and project stakeholders to maintain alignment on project schedules and deliverables
Monitor project budgets and support adherence to invoicing and approval processes
Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Provide regular updates on project progress, budget status, and scheduling to internal and external teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
7+ years of experience managing the construction/installation of mechanical, electrical, and energy efficiency projects
Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing is required
Familiarity with construction drawings, plans, and terms
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
CAPM certification or PMP-in pursuit is preferred
Familiarity with HVAC, energy retrofits, or controls-based projects is a major focus
Prior experience with project coordination or construction management software such as Procore
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service
