Maintenance Technician Assisted Living Facility

Location: Hunterdon County, NJ We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at a premier assisted living facility in Hunterdon County. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work. A solid understanding of general repair and maintenance is essential. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the facility's safety and functionality. • Troubleshoot and repair issues related to carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other systems. • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Qualifications: • Proven experience in construction and/or facility maintenance. • Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, painting, door hardware, electrical, plumbing, and concrete work. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
