What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Conduct end‑to‑end Transaction Monitoring investigations for customers, leading to drafting and filing Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR)

Analyze transaction activity and KYC information to support compliance with BSA/AML regulations

Document investigations in written narratives and maintain detailed compliance documentation

Incorporate feedback from the Quality Assurance Team to enhance compliance handling

Stay current with industry standards related to KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, crypto, investigations, legal, or tech industry focused on TMS, compliance, or regulatory matters

Proven experience in SAR narrative drafting and filing

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written)

Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word

Ability to work in a flexible 24/7 environment, demonstrating high attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Professional certification in AML or Fraud (e.g., CAMS, CFCS, CFE)

Experience in project management, analytics, or vendor management

Advanced degree in business, finance, or customer experience (CX)

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Hummingbird, and Salesforce Service Cloud

Experience collaborating with external outsourcing business partners
