We're looking for an energetic person with great communication and customer service skills to be the next shift manager at our quick-service restaurant. You will be in charge of running the shift, greeting and serving customers, supervising staff, and ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly during your shift. This position works alongside team members to make sure all food and drinks are delivered quickly.
Responsibilities
Schedule employees and assign tasks.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Ensure all food and drink safety rules are followed.
Monitor and support front‑and‑back‑of‑house operations.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills.
Previous supervisory experience in a fast‑food or quick‑service restaurant.
Experience in a fast‑food or quick‑service environment.
Compensation $18 - $21 hourly
