Overview The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager supports the Director of Marketing and Communications in developing and executing all digital and social media strategies for the hotel.
Responsibilities
Lead all digital and social media strategies in alignment with the hotel’s brand positioning.
Oversee the performance of the hotel website and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring timely content updates and optimization.
Advise on and manage integrated campaigns across paid, earned, and owned digital channels to drive revenue growth, meet budget targets, and increase market share.
Assist the Director of Marketing Communications in developing strategic digital marketing plans by analyzing competitive data, demand trends, and market mix.
Create, manage and implement short‑ and long‑term digital and social media marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and promote property products and services.
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to leverage social media opportunities and expand reach.
Identify and manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s strategic marketing agenda.
Collaborate with internal corporate partners to ensure consistency and integration across all marketing initiatives.
Oversee the development and execution of content strategies across hotel websites, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), and other relevant third‑party digital platforms.
Identify and pursue partnership and sponsorship opportunities to support joint outreach.
Qualifications Innovative, action‑oriented individual able to identify and implement results‑oriented marketing strategies for the hotel.
