Permian Resources , LLC
Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a System Administrator reporting to the Sr. Infrastructure Manager in Midland, Texas. This position will be responsible for providing system administration for all PR offices and data centers. The successful candidate should have a broad knowledge of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, physical/virtual servers, and networking. The level and title of this role may vary depending on the candidate's skills and qualifications.
General Responsibilities
Maintain a customer-centric attitude and positive approach to customer issues.
Collaborate with teams to plan, implement, and complete IT projects.
Meet with business leaders to define project scopes and communicate requirements.
Understand system architecture and interdependencies.
Document all technical configurations and procedures.
Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructures, including Azure, Office 365, backup/DR, and virtual data centers.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of Windows administration and deployment experience in an enterprise environment. 5 years of virtualization experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, etc. 5 years of data protection experience (backup, restore, replication, DR). 5 years of scripting experience using PowerShell or Python. 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 services. Knowledge of PKI, Certificate Authority, DNS management. Networking and TCP/IP knowledge. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently or in teams, with creative problem-solving skills. Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with all organizational levels. Experience with security audits and security solutions management.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of IAM experience. 5 years of cloud deployment experience with Azure and AWS. Experience in a publicly traded company with SOX compliance. Bachelors degree in related fields.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
