SDS is hiring for a Systems Programmer (Web) to join an established team in Dahlgren, VA. The Systems Programmer (Web) will design, build, and support web pages using SharePoint 2013. Responsibilities

Responsible for development, deployment, and sustainment of a website used by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division. Collect requirements from the government for both public and private websites. Coordinate with web content providers to ensure technical feasibility; provide maintenance and advice on web site issues such as animation, search engine optimization, link integrity, navigation, browser compatibility, and graphics. Develop dashboards for metrics, status updates, Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) for Cyberspace Workforce (CSWF), Data Calls, Assessment and Authorization (A&A) support, and decision-making. Prepare technical documentation and support processes for the websites as a SharePoint Administrator. Qualifications

Five years of experience and a High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree. Active DoD SECRET clearance. Progressive experience in website design focusing on SharePoint. Advanced knowledge of tools such as Site Designer, InfoPath, and Custom Web Parts. Experience programming in HTML with JavaScript and CSS is highly desirable but not required. Microsoft Certification in Web Applications or SharePoint is desirable but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. Effective communication with all employee levels and external contacts. Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment, capable of working alone or in a team.
