Requirements Gathering & Documentation Work closely with business users and SMEs to gather, define, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams
Support business process modeling and design in collaboration with operations
Liaison Role Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Ensure alignment between user needs and technology solutions
Project Lifecycle Management Lead scope management, traceability analysis, and validation of requirements throughout project lifecycles
Drive creation of standardized documentation and tools
Assist with operational rollouts and provide support post-deployment
Additional Duties
Coordinate closely with tech and ops teams internally and externally
Document detailed technical and business requirements and proposed solutions
Support UAT and SIT efforts, including planning and execution
Participate in release cycles and ensure readiness across business functions
Communicate clearly in writing and speech, especially around business needs and specifications
Be capable of both independent work and collaborating with globally distributed teams
Analyze, improve, and document business workflows
Key Must-Haves
Strong Experience With: Interest Rate Swaps
Bonds
Hedge Accounting
Work Experience:
7–10 years of relevant experience
Financial Domain Expertise:
A solid understanding of structured finance and a willingness to deepen that knowledge
Ideal Candidate Traits
Self-driven and detail-oriented
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working across both business and technical domains
Enthusiastic about financial products and systems (swaps, bonds, accounting standards)
Experience in structured finance, regulatory reporting, or risk management tools is a plus
