Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Communications Manager to serve as a senior leader responsible for shaping, directing, and delivering high-impact strategic communications for public and private sector clients. This senior management role requires extensive experience in client-facing communications, leadership of cross-functional teams, and the development of strategic initiatives that support business growth and community engagement. The ideal candidate brings a strong consulting background, a strategic mindset, and demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level communications programs. Job Responsibilities
Serve as a senior advisor to internal teams and external clients on communications strategy and implementation. Lead, manage, and grow a team of communications professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs. Oversee complex communications projects including branding, campaigns, media relations, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement. Develop and manage integrated marketing plans and performance metrics for key initiatives. Act as a strategic partner in business development, contributing to proposals, pitch decks, and market positioning. Deliver executive-level messaging, including talking points, speeches, and thought leadership content. Lead responses to RFIs/RFPs and serve as primary communications lead for strategic pursuits. Advance internal best practices in communications, marketing, and community engagement. Provide high-level quality control for deliverables and oversee client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications
Strong background in consulting and experience working with executive-level clients. Expertise in branding, media relations, digital engagement, and strategic planning. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing staff performance. Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and social/digital media platforms. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
