UX Researcher

Description We are seeking a UX / UI Researcher for our team. The UX Researcher will utilize their knowledge of human-computer interactions and best user research practices to support the concept, prototype, test, and documentation of the user interface. They must identify where research and testing can inform or improve concepts and coordinate with the team to understand user needs. The researcher will work closely with designers, engineers, strategists, and management to communicate the vision and develop the user experience. Responsibilities include documenting the preferred experience, creating visual artifacts (reports), and facilitating handoff. Skills UX research, User research, Project management Additional Skills & Qualifications Translate research and test findings into actionable, prioritized recommendations for UI designs. Clarify user, customer, and business needs and translate them into compelling interaction concepts. Understand research methodologies and facilitate research activities. Integrate user research into product design. Communicate prototype requirements to designers for testing and iteration. Document key goals, themes, and behaviors for UI implementation. Create shareable UX artifacts such as journey maps, storyboards, and user flows. Document the overall UX strategy to be used across teams. Prioritize research needs based on the product roadmap. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility depends on employment classification and other factors. Workplace Type This is a hybrid position located in Dallas, TX.
