Marketing Manager
to help lead the charge. Based in
Miami , you’ll play a critical role in building our brand, driving growth, and shaping our marketing strategy from the ground up. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation. Manage content creation, social media strategy, email marketing, and paid media initiatives. Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align messaging and positioning. Analyze campaign performance and leverage data to optimize results and ROI. Identify new growth opportunities and emerging trends in the market. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance, finance, or tech. Proven ability to manage campaigns from concept to execution. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Canva or Adobe Suite.
