TEKsystems . This is a great opportunity to ensure the successful execution and timely delivery of cybersecurity projects. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will leverage Agile methodologies to drive collaboration, streamline processes, and manage project timelines. Your focus will be on executing cybersecurity initiatives efficiently, meeting objectives and milestones while adapting to security threats. You will align teams, manage risks, and foster continuous improvement to strengthen the organizations cybersecurity posture. Responsibilities include: Lead program and project planning sessions independently for large, diverse projects. Prepare and follow up on project actions, assign ownership, and adapt to various business climates. Control planning sessions to keep teams focused on objectives. Provide staffing input, develop detailed schedules, and interpret customer and business requirements to reduce risks and improve schedules. Work primarily with US-based teams within the Cybersecurity Security Engineering organization, focusing on application security, domain security, connected asset security, operational technology security, and threat services. Technical Skills required: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong project management, team leadership, and organizational skills. Training in leading and facilitating meetings is preferred. Ability to work with geographically distributed teams. Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of cybersecurity, tooling/technology, networks, infrastructure, cloud, SDLC, ITSM/ITIL, risk, vulnerability management, ISO 27001, and security best practices. Experience and education: 10+ years in project management, preferably with a technical degree. Masters degree with at least 7+ years of experience. Pay range: $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
