Position: General Manager Location: Providence, RI area Highlights: Relocation assistance Stable & growing company Single site, large facility Key responsibilities include: Managing all facets of operations including production, supply chain, sales, and marketing to optimize efficiency and profitability. Analyzing financial results, adjusting strategies, and making data-driven decisions to enhance business performance and achieve KPIs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative product offerings, improve customer experiences, and drive market penetration. Setting and adjusting pricing strategies based on market insights, cost factors, and competitive positioning. Leading, mentoring, and building high-performing teams to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
