Job Overview
The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine offers a part‑time Attending Psychiatrist position in our Montefiore ‑ Wakefield child psychiatry clinic.
The successful candidate will provide clinical treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on compassionate, patient‑centered, equitable care, participate in training for 3rd year medical students, and join a collegial and supportive Department committed to career and academic development, physician and family wellness, diversity and inclusion, and excellence in patient care and medical education.
Mentorship and Research
Mentorship and research opportunities are available.
Faculty appointment is commensurate with qualifications at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary of $112,500‑$130,000 with additional income through evening call responsibilities and productivity incentives.
No night on‑call is required.
Additional coverage opportunities are available at our three Bronx hospitals.
Benefits include LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision, and a 403(b) plan.
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Certified in Child Psychiatry.
