Nakoa Analytic Solutions seeks a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support project management, data automation, and compliance initiatives for a federal client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, governance tracking, and process automation, with an emphasis on aligning data-driven insights with operational goals.
Specific Responsibilities
Lead efforts to integrate data into communication systems to enable real-time tracking and enhanced decision-making.
Develop and maintain governance metrics dashboards to support compliance monitoring and operational efficiency.
Coordinate sprint planning sessions, track outcomes, and provide recommendations to leadership and stakeholders for continuous process improvement.
Oversee project tracking automation and ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently met.
Conduct in-depth analyses of operational data to identify trends, measure program impacts, and inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program deliverables align with broader operational objectives.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
Additional Considerations
Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks and governance standards.
Experience using tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Microsoft Power Automate.
A strong track record of supporting compliance-driven initiatives or federal government projects.
