Liver Transplant Manager

Position Overview Manages and provides operational leadership to teams providing patient care in a medical office or clinic setting. Plans and organizes operations and resources of the medical office or clinic to ensure effective and efficient delivery of patient care consistent with applicable laws, standards and regulations. Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures, regulatory standards, and applicable laws and regulations. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows/processes, and developing plans of action to implement changes. Establishes and manages capital and operational budgets to achieve financial targets via effective utilization of personnel, resources and supplies. Develops and maintains a solid partnership with physicians, leaders, and/or local/state/federal agencies to facilitate and collaborate on initiatives or issues resolution. Provides guidance and/or direct intervention in resolving challenging or complex situations.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and institutional policies.
Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Collaborate with physicians and external agencies on operational initiatives.
Resolve challenging or complex operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure & Certifications : RN—Registered Nurse of California; BLS—Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
Experience : 8 years of recent relevant experience.
Skills & Knowledge :
Solid understanding of nursing clinic operations and workflows.
Understanding of business and operational requirements.
Leadership skills including team building, coaching, and mentoring.
Clinical proficiency and knowledge for effective patient care coordination.
Knowledge of state/federal/local and accreditation standards and requirements.
Budget development and management capabilities.
Age-specific care considerations for patient populations.
Tactical and analytical thinking, planning, and problem‑solving.
Ability to build effective partnerships with employees, peers, and leaders.
Adaptability in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
Organizational and time‑management skills to prioritize multiple projects.
Inclusive work environment engagement with diverse populations.
Knowledge of wage‑and‑hour laws.
Proficiency in essential software and applications relevant to the role.
