Family Medicine Physician – Part‑Time

Key responsibilities:
Provide bedside wound care in over 3,200 facilities across 28 states.
Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post‑acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals).
Conduct weekly wound rounds, treating approximately 20‑30 patients per day across 2‑3 facilities per day.
Document clinical care in real‑time using our proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
Participate in a 6‑month wound‑care fellowship and receive paid training during onboarding.
Practice overview:
Full‑time: Monday‑Friday (7 am‑4 pm) or part‑time: minimum 3 days per week.
Mobile practice: visits facilities within a 40‑60 mile radius of the practice location.
W2 employment; no work‑visa sponsorship.
No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities.
Weekly mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications:
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in South Carolina.
Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
