Summary:

The Sr Director of Production Planning and Supply Chain at Enzene Inc. is tasked with optimizing production planning, scheduling, procurement, and supply chain management within our biologics manufacturing operations. This pivotal role calls for an SAP expert with a proven track record of team leadership, process enhancement, and operational excellence in highly regulated environments. The Director will work closely with the Finance team to align supply chain strategies with financial goals and will report to the SVP - Site Head, overseeing warehouse management and sourcing functions.

Responsibilities

Production Planning and Scheduling:

Develop and implement production plans and schedules; monitor and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling issues.

Procurement:

Oversee supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management; secure timely and cost-effective materials and services; maintain strong supplier relationships; negotiate favorable contract terms for Enzene Inc.

Supply Chain Management:

Manage inventory, logistics, and distribution; implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; monitor KPIs and apply corrective actions as needed.

SAP Utilization:

Streamline processes using SAP; ensure accurate data for decision-making; provide SAP training and support to team members.

Team Leadership:

Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team; foster a culture of continuous improvement; set goals and monitor team performance; manage project managers to align with objectives.

Collaboration with Finance:

Align supply chain strategies with financial goals; contribute to financial planning and budgeting; ensure cost-effective operations to support financial objectives.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years in production planning, procurement, and supply chain management, preferably in pharmaceuticals or biologics.

Skills:

Extensive SAP experience; strong leadership and management skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced, regulated environments; comprehensive understanding of SOX compliance.

Physical Demands

Sitting, standing, walking, typing, handling documents, reaching, and maintaining vision for computer work in an office setting with standard equipment.

Salary Range $165,000 - $215,000 per year
