Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee all operations at our location in Topeka, KS. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a team, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
Manage and motivate a team of employees to deliver exceptional service
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
Previous experience in a managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
