As an Associate within our Client Community, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients, experts, and the broader Catalant team throughout the entire go-to-market lifecycle. Your core responsibilities will include identifying talent needs through proactive outreach to prospective customers, expertly matching consultants to client requirements, vetting and coaching experts, and managing key projects and processes. This role is tailored for individuals eager to develop a diverse skill set, with a clear trajectory toward more senior positions in sales and client management. It offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact while building a strong foundation for career advancement.

What You’ll Do

Expert Matching and Sourcing:

Author and post project descriptions to help consultants self-select; review and vet expert profiles; search for niche expertise via LinkedIn and other platforms; prepare and coach experts on client interviews and proposal development; provide post‑interview feedback.

Business Development / Lead Generation:

Research client prospects; monitor target customers for buying signals; outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone; lead assessment and qualification; drive discovery to uncover opportunities where Catalant experts can address client needs.

General Project Support:

Drive expert review and interview process including scheduling and tracking; advise and coach clients and experts on platform use; review submissions to ensure high quality and identify risks; monitor active consulting engagements and identify extension opportunities.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree.

2-4 years of experience in business development, executive recruiting, or similar roles.

Ability to proactively manage and prioritize a variety of activities.

Tenacity to work with clients, experts, and prospects, including overcoming objections.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to quickly build relationships and trust with outside consultants.

Experience with business development outreach to warm and cold leads, or strong desire to learn.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter experience is a plus.
