The Role IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to multiple advisors (2–4 Partners) to help run the Partners’ day‑to‑day responsibilities. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Heavy calendar management — scheduling meetings, anticipating conflicts, booking conference rooms, ensuring prep materials are available, etc.
Facilitate all travel arrangements (air, rail, hotel, car service)
Expense management, inputting all expenses and receipts into our expense management portal
Perform administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing, binding, mailing, client gifting, setting up rooms for meetings, registering visitors, etc.
Lead and manage special projects as they arise on behalf of the Partners and/or work on firm‑wide projects with other members of Executive Support Team
Anticipate the needs of the Partners and determine the best ways to free up their time.
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
Candidate must thrive and be able to keep up with an ever‑changing, fast‑paced environment.
High level of integrity and intelligence.
Must be able to think critically, effectively, anticipate issues.
Must have high attention to detail in all aspects of the role, work quickly and accurately.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Good relationship building skills both inside and outside of the organization.
“No task is too small” mentality.
Bachelor’s degree is required.
Compensation The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $100,000 – $130,000, depending on skills and experience.
