Zone Sales Director, Famous Footwear Join Caleres, Inc. in leading Zone Sales for Famous Footwear. This full‑time role focuses on developing a strong in‑store culture, motivating store managers, and exceeding financial objectives across multiple territories.

Base pay range $135,210.00/yr - $175,773.50/yr

Responsibilities

Assure consistent customer experience and execution across multiple territories by providing direction, coaching, development, and succession planning for Territory Managers.

Assure achievement of financial objectives.

Assure effective implementation and execution of company plans and strategies throughout assigned territories.

Assure a consistent in‑store experience that supports the Brand and exceeds the Customer's expectations.

Assure selection, retention, and development of high caliber Associates of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences from both inside and outside of the organization.

Translate business goals into short‑term and long‑term plans delivering profitable top‑line sales growth.

Preferred Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.

Minimum 10 years retail leadership experience.

Experience managing multiple territories (specialty or shoe retail preferred).

7+ years of managing people at various levels.

Ability to manage and influence remotely.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong Leadership, Business Acumen, and Communication skills.

Cross‑functional collaboration and conflict resolution skills.

Proven track record of results in leading complex geography.
