Catholic Parish and Diocesan Campaign Projects
Directing transformational multimillion-dollar campaigns for Catholic dioceses and parishes... Directors partner with on‑site executive teams, parish pastors, volunteers, and staff to carry out phased campaigns requiring on‑site Monday‑Friday with occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
Develop work plans, timetables, and customized materials Manage and train groups of volunteers Track and analyze fundraising progress Coach key leaders on fundraising best practices Provide insight into industry‑wide philanthropic trends Work on‑site at Catholic Parish M‑F and occasional nights and weekends
Qualifications
Willingness to temporarily relocate and work on‑site Monday‑Friday including nights and occasional weekends Exceptional interpersonal skills and collaboration ability with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, prospective donors Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Great storytelling and strong public speaking skills Keen business sense demonstrated in professional or academic environment Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team‑based environment Commitment to supporting volunteer efforts to ensure a positive and purposeful campaign experience Strong business acumen Computer proficiency Excellent quantitative analytical skills Foreign language proficiency a plus Valid driver’s license
