Strategy Director, Data Solutions Innovation Team
ADP is hiring a Strategy Director for the Data Solutions – Strategy, Operations, and Innovation Team. The role partners closely with ADP executives to define, communicate, and drive ADP’s data commercialization strategy, measure value realization from our data and AI efforts, and play a central role in delivering our AI and other data initiatives at an inflection point for enterprise AI.

Responsibilities
Help devise and communicate ADP’s data commercialization and AI strategy and operational plans, focusing on B2B analytics, benchmarking, and verification services.
Identify and evaluate new opportunity areas for B2B product lines, formulate product plans in collaboration with the B2B GM, product, and GTM teams.
Develop reporting and project status dashboards for the B2B GM, track performance of existing initiatives, and perform ad‑hoc financial deep‑dives in partnership with finance.
Partner with BU leaders, Product, Sales, Data Science, Engineering, and other stakeholders to drive the planning and implementation of strategic data and AI initiatives.
Conduct in‑depth market and competitive assessments in financial services, data, and HR tech to identify opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with executives to identify new data strategies and initiatives, continuously shaping existing ones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly related experience.
Experience in a top‑tier consulting firm, product strategy, or roles in competitive/market intelligence, industry/market research, or corporate strategy at a technology company.
Advanced scientific degree and/or an MBA from a leading school is a plus.
Proven experience researching industry trends, usage analytics, and competitive dynamics, and applying these insights to product strategy and roadmap.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and first‑principles thinking skills, with comfort in tackling global‑scale challenges.

Compensation Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range: USD $105,600.00 – USD $282,600.00 per year.
