Responsibilities

Work with R&D, test-field, and production to generate leading results for conferences, publications, and marketing materials

Work with sales to offer the right solutions/configurations to the customers

Support the business unit manager to develop a product configurator and price list that guides sales through the first steps in the sales process and allows a smooth transition into production

Help sales and R&D to define the customizations needed to develop the customer solution

Communicate and track the customer requirements within the organization and be the first contact for our customers

Develop specifications and requirements for new product developments and be an integral team member in new product innovations

Qualifications

Publication record in one or more of these areas: Aberration-corrected high spatial resolution STEM, 4D STEM/ptychography, Microanalysis using EELS (and EDXS is a plus), Ultra-high energy resolution EELS, Stable operation at low and high temperatures, and operando experiments.

Ph.D. related to the above topics (or MS with 3-5 years of experience)

Good writing skills

Willingness to travel up to 25% of your work time
