This position is based in the Washington D.C. area. It will start as fully remote with an expectation to work in a hybrid capacity in an office to be determined in the future. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will work with a group of talented, mission‑driven colleagues to propose ideas, define, drive, and execute projects on LILT’s Linguist GUI, App Server, and backend systems. You will enable linguists to deliver truly localized experiences. Engineering is at the forefront of the company strategy, making this a high‑visibility, high‑impact role with enormous growth opportunities. Skills And Experience
Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Computer Science (Master’s preferred) 4+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack engineer Experience leading an engineering team in a technical capacity (not a manager of people) Experience working on large‑scale, distributed software systems Proficient in React or other associated libraries, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML Experience with backend technologies such as Java and Python Solid relational database knowledge with significant experience with large MySQL installations highly valued Basic knowledge of NLP and machine learning techniques highly valued Professional fluency in English Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment Benefits
