Paradigm Rehab
Paradigm Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to conduct home visits in NYC, assessing functional abilities and delivering therapeutic interventions for pediatric and geriatric patients.
Compensation $70.00-$90.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
Responsibilities
Conduct home visit assessments for referred patients, evaluating medical conditions and functional capabilities.
Develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance independence.
Document patient progress in EMR (Hello Note preferred).
Communicate effectively with office staff and fellow therapists.
Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and safety protocols.
Manage a caseload of 4-5 patients (preferred).
Requirements
Graduate from an accredited OT program.
Current OTR/L license and registration in New York.
Basic computer literacy.
Proficient in EMR documentation.
Interest in pediatric and geriatric patients (preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Maintain CPR certification.
