Physician, Gynecological Oncology (Mountain View, CA)
We are seeking a full-time, Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologic Oncologist to join the Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group.
Opportunity Details
Team-based care approach with NPs and PAs to support physicians
Virtual in-basket support team
Collaborative relationships with specialists across the organization
Robust onboarding and mentorship program
Flexibility in schedule – 4 days a week for full time, flexible patient visit duration
Well-established practice with an affiliation to Stanford University and active surgical education of Stanford Gynecology residents
Busy clinical practice offering Comprehensive Gyn Oncology Care
Surgically busy with opportunity for 5-10 major surgeries per week
Active robotic surgery program
Primary provider for management of chemotherapy and other novel therapeutics
Palliative care
Well-supported clinical research department with opportunity to participate in local and national clinical trials
Abundant leadership and committee work opportunities, with active promotion of quality improvement projects
Physician-led inclusive organization, emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, clinician/staff well-being, and innovation
Qualifications
