High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference for children with Autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. Need to Know
Services will be provided in clients’ homes or in community-based locations. All positions start off part-time. Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course. Looking to hire candidates who are willing to commit to 6 months to support clients’ progress. Compensation, Hours & Benefits
Competitive pay: $20 - $30 per hour, based on experience and performance. Flexible hours: Afternoon and evening shifts available, suitable for students or part-time work.
