Opportunity to retain oral surgery cases and perform implant placements
Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and preferences.
Perform oral surgery procedures such as extractions, when within scope.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and high‑quality care.
Participate in community outreach efforts such as health fairs, senior center events, and local networking to attract new patients.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Uphold the practice’s Fee-for-Service model by focusing on patient relationships and case acceptance.
Support practice growth by helping evaluate and implement strategies to increase patient volume.
Responsibilities
