Provide comprehensive dental care including exams, cleanings, restorative procedures, endodontics (including molar), and implant restorations.

Opportunity to retain oral surgery cases and perform implant placements

Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and preferences.

Perform oral surgery procedures such as extractions, when within scope.

Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and high‑quality care.

Participate in community outreach efforts such as health fairs, senior center events, and local networking to attract new patients.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Uphold the practice’s Fee-for-Service model by focusing on patient relationships and case acceptance.

Support practice growth by helping evaluate and implement strategies to increase patient volume.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

DDS/DMD degree from U.S. accredited dental school or AEGD/GPR residency program.

Active Texas dental license.

Active Federal DEA and applicable certifications.

2 or more years professional clinical experience preferred.
