Board Certified or Board Eligible
Must have
MD or DO , and be
licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Illinois
100% outpatient setting
Work Schedule:
Monday- Friday, daytime hours | No nights or weekends | No inpatient responsibilities
Manageable patient volume for quality-focused care
Experienced administrative and clinical support staff
EMR: Fully integrated system
Compensation Structure:
Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
Sign-on bonus
and
relocation allowance offered

Joliet, Illinois , approximately 45 minutes from downtown Chicago
