Administer anesthesia and monitor patient recovery during surgical procedures. Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Conduct pre‑operative assessments to evaluate patient readiness for anesthesia. Stay updated with the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies. Provide post‑operative care and pain management for patients. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records for all anesthesia procedures. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Evaluate and improve anesthesia processes to enhance efficiency. Monitor and manage anesthesia equipment to ensure functionality. Contribute to the development of anesthesia protocols and guidelines. Educate patients and families about anesthesia procedures and risks. Experience / Qualifications
Current and unrestricted CRNA certification and state license. Master’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program. Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development. Minimum of 3 years experience in anesthesia administration in a surgical setting. Proficiency in using anesthesia monitoring and management equipment. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary surgical team. Strong problem‑solving skills to evaluate and improve anesthesia processes. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication skills for patient and family education. Ability to maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
