Position Highlights
Join a well-established cardiology practice, replacing a full-time Cardiologist.
Hospital-employed model within a
multi-specialty group of 100+ physicians .
Call Rotation:
1:4.
Coverage:
Single-hospital coverage at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
Strong referral base from primary care providers across the city and surrounding region.
All facilities conveniently located adjacent to one another: clinic, cath lab, ICU, and hybrid OR.
Excellent resources and access for referrals to Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Dedicated medical group and hospital leadership support to ensure program success.

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary + Productivity Incentives:
Highly competitive and commensurate with experience.
Relocation Assistance:
Provided.
PTO:
20 days + holidays.
CME:
5 days + $5,000 annual allowance.

Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology services, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular diseases.
Perform interventional procedures in the cath lab.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
Share in call responsibilities (1:4 rotation).
Document patient encounters accurately and timely in compliance with hospital standards.
Participate in hospital committees and quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Candidate Requirements
MD or DO with completion of an accredited residency and interventional cardiology fellowship.
Board Certification:
Required in Cardiology (must be obtained within 5 years of residency/fellowship completion).
Eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin.
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and procedural skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
