Corporate Beverage Director – New York, NYC – Up to $140k
We’re seeking a Corporate Beverage Director for a highly elevated restaurant group spanning across NYC. You will be establishing vendor partnerships, and training the bar team to deliver an elevated, guest-focused experience. Ideal for someone with a mix of strategic vision and hands‑on leadership, who thrives in high‑profile openings.
Skills and Experience:
Proven success overseeing beverage programs in high-volume, luxury restaurant environments
Strong network of vendor and supplier relationships in the NYC market
Experience with Multi Concept operations.
Expertise in menu creation, cocktail development, and wine list curation
Skilled in inventory control, cost management, and training bar staff to deliver excellence
Knowledge of both wine and craft cocktail trends with a passion for innovation
